These terms apply when you use avaluce.co.uk or purchase products from AvaLuce. They should be read together with our Returns & Refunds, Shipping and Privacy policies. Nothing in these terms affects rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under UK consumer law.
About AvaLuce
AvaLuce is an online retailer of curated skincare, beauty and wellbeing products. Some orders are fulfilled directly by brands or authorised suppliers on our behalf, including through Shopify Collective. AvaLuce remains your retailer and customer-service contact for purchases made from this website.
Products and availability
We aim to keep product descriptions, images, prices and availability accurate. Product packaging or presentation may occasionally change. If we discover a material pricing or listing error before accepting an order, we may contact you to correct the error or cancel and refund the affected item.
Stock availability may be supplied and updated by third-party fulfilment partners and can change before an order is processed.
Orders
Submitting an order is an offer to buy the products in your basket. We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, for example because an item is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, there is an obvious pricing error, delivery is not available to the address supplied, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse. If we cancel after taking payment, the affected amount will be refunded.
Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling unless otherwise stated. Any delivery charges that apply will be shown during checkout. Payment is due through the payment methods offered at checkout.
Delivery, cancellation and returns
Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Your rights to cancel, return products or seek a remedy for faulty or misdescribed goods are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy and by applicable UK consumer law.

Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your purchase are those in force when your order is placed, subject to any rights provided by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in England and Wales, while preserving any mandatory rights or jurisdiction protections available to you as a UK consumer.
